About SRTD
Built by an SC, for everyone in the sector.
SRTD exists to get NDIS admin sorted. Documentation can eat your week, and the people we support deserve better than a tired worker racing to catch up on notes.
I'm a Support Coordinator based in Sydney. I built SRTD Tools because I hated the admin. Case notes, shift summaries, emails, budget checks, travel billing; they all add up to hours of paperwork that pull you away from the work that actually matters.
I wanted compliance with as little fuss as possible. I wanted notes written in seconds instead of minutes, billing that didn't slip through the cracks, and a set of tools that adapted to the specific formats each NDIS role is supposed to use. I built it for myself first. Once it was saving me hours a week, it was obvious the whole sector needed it.
SRTD is for Support Coordinators and Support Workers. Not every tool will suit every role, so you only pay for what you actually use. The goal isn't to have the most features. The goal is to give you back time, so you can get back to what you came here for: helping people.
How SRTD is different
Built by someone who does the work
Not a platform bolted on by a corporate. Every tool solves a problem I've had on a real plan review, on a real shift handover, on a real call to the NDIA.
Your data stays in Australia
Account data is stored in Sydney-region data centres, and AI inference runs within Australia. No data sold. No AI trained on your content.
Minimum necessary information
We store first and last names of participants. That's it. No NDIS numbers, no DOB, no addresses, no health info. You copy finished notes into your own systems.
Priced for individuals
Case Notes + Comms bundled at $25/mo. Each extra subscription tool $20/mo. Plan Review is $20 per plan review. No enterprise tier. No locked features. No annual contract traps. Cancel anytime.
Every note stays yours
Content you generate is yours. Copy it into your own practice management system; we don't keep it as a record on your behalf.
Australian English, NDIS language
Notes use "participant", not "client". Spellings are Australian. Language matches NDIS Practice Standards and Commission guidelines.
What SRTD is and isn't
SRTD Tools provides AI-powered productivity software for NDIS workers. SRTD is not an NDIS-registered provider, does not deliver NDIS supports, does not advocate before the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and does not provide legal, clinical, or financial advice. SRTD's outputs are drafts intended for review and verification by qualified workers; the worker remains responsible for any decision made using SRTD's output.
Frequently asked
Who is SRTD for?
NDIS Support Coordinators and Support Workers. Each tool adapts to the formats and requirements of your role. Not every tool suits every role; pay only for what you use.
Who built SRTD?
SRTD was built by a working NDIS Support Coordinator based in Sydney, who still practises while developing the platform. Every feature is tested against real participant work before it ships.
Is SRTD an NDIS-registered provider?
No. SRTD is a software tool vendor. We sell productivity tools to NDIS workers; we do not deliver NDIS supports to participants. You don't bill SRTD costs to participant plans - SRTD is a business expense for the worker.
Does SRTD replace my CRM?
No. SRTD is the writing and analysis layer that sits on top of whatever CRM you already use. If you don't have a CRM, you'll still need to invoice, claim, and track services somewhere - SRTD doesn't do those things and isn't trying to.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to every built subscription tool with no credit card required. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going - otherwise your subscription pauses automatically. Plan Review credits are separate and only charged when you buy one.
Can I add or remove products later?
Yes, anytime, from your billing page. Adding or removing a product adjusts your next invoice (prorated). Each product is a flat monthly price: Case Notes + Comms bundle is $25, Budget Tool is $20, Document Analysis is $20, Report Writer is $20 (coming soon).
How is Plan Review priced?
Plan Review is separate from the subscription suite. It's $20 per plan review - one credit opens a full plan review workup for one participant: upload the documents that matter, get robustness scoring, and generate the pack. You only pay when you actually run a review (not for every participant on your caseload). Credits never expire, and you don't need a subscription to use them.
Are there usage limits on the subscription tools?
Yes - each tool has a generous monthly allowance. Case Note Writer includes 200 notes, Comms Tool includes 150 drafts, voice transcription includes 300 minutes, and Document Analysis includes 30 analyses. If you need more, you can top up from your billing page. Top-ups cover the additional AI processing cost at close to cost price - SRTD doesn't mark them up.
What happens if I hit a monthly limit?
You'll see a quick prompt offering a top-up. You can buy more instantly or wait for your cap to reset - caps reset on the anniversary of your subscription each month, in lockstep with Stripe's billing cycle. Nothing happens to your subscription itself.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and are never charged again after that. Within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge, you can also email support@srtd.tools for a full refund - no questions.
Where does my data live?
Account data and case content live in Sydney-region AWS data centres. AI inference runs on AWS Bedrock in Sydney and Melbourne only. The one exception is voice transcription, which uses OpenAI Whisper (US-based) - disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Voice transcripts are processed and discarded; no recordings are stored.
What participant information does SRTD store?
First name and last name only. We deliberately don't store NDIS numbers, dates of birth, addresses, diagnoses, or health information. You copy finished notes into your own practice management system, so SRTD never becomes a records store for sensitive data.
Will my participant data be used to train AI?
No. AI providers we use (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI for voice) do not train on data submitted via our API integrations. Your content is yours; it is not added to anyone's training data.
Is this legal / professional advice?
No.
