Our commitment
SRTD Tools is built for NDIS Support Coordinators and Support Workers. Many of the people you support live with disability, and so do the workers using this product. Accessibility is not an add-on for us - it's a baseline.
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level across the marketing site and the logged-in product.
What this looks like in practice
- Keyboard navigation: every interactive element can be reached and operated without a mouse.
- Screen readers: form fields have labels, links have descriptive text, and important regions are landmarked.
- Colour contrast: body text targets a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background.
- Resizable text: the layout works at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling or broken structure.
- Voice input: the case-note tool accepts voice input - useful for workers who type slowly or live with RSI, dyslexia, or visual impairment.
- No required movement: animations are minimal and respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting.
Where we're honest about gaps
We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party WCAG audit. Some parts of the product (particularly newer tools like Plan Defence) have had less accessibility review than the older ones. If you find a barrier, we want to know about it.
Report an issue
If anything on the site or in the app blocks you from completing a task - or if you'd like to suggest an improvement - please email support@srtd.tools.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to either ship a fix or share a workaround within ten business days, depending on the scope.
